For our constant growing business we are looking for partners.

Our business is recruiting of young professionals and work experienced personnel from Eastern European Countries for Global German companies. Due to our network to the German industry our main focus is on engineers, natural scientists and executive managers.

You have contacts to qualified engineers and/or executive managers who are interested to start a carrer in a German company? You are ambitious and success-oriented, you speak English or German, then we should absolutely meet each other to speak about a cooperation. We are looking for contact persons on site, to recruit new qualified personnel and to support candidates.

We are highly interested in long term business connections. This will only work in a win-win relation. We are aware that we can only be together successful.

For your start up we will support you in different aspects. We will provide information material like handouts and flyers to get the most important information. For the first steps we will help you with our experience and with an approved strategy, this can include financial support for advertising. Regulary contacts and consultations are important and will bring us step for step forward.
After every successful placement of a candidate (signing a employment contract), we will pay a provision!
