About us

The company

For 20 years we have been active under the name Neugebauer & Partner OHG in the business segments of engineering, consulting and coaching for our business contacts. In 1995 the company npu, neugebauer personal- und unternehmensberatung, was founded as a competent partner in the field of personnel recruiting. At the beginning it was a small and exclusive business for the placement of executive managers in German companies. In the following years a wide network with the German industry emerged.

Today npu is expanding its business to personnel recruiting for executive managers and qualified personal from east Europe. Slowly but surely the German labor market opens up for qualified personnel from the new European Member States and States outside the EU. In these times of globalization State borders opens up and new chances arise. 
Our goal is to use our wide industrial network to offer these new chances for young graduated students and professionals.
